Thermal transfer printable, automotive grade ‘matt ’ metalised polyester film featuring a high-performance solvent acrylic adhesive.
Facestock: 55 ‘matt’ metalised top coated polyester with a unique thermal transfer print receptive surface coating, providing consistent resistance to abrasion and chemicals when used with a full abrasion/chemical resistant resin ribbon.
Adhesive: PAT1 high-performance adhesive which is designed to provide a permanent bond to smooth and textured metal and plastic surfaces. It also offers excellent water, chemical, and high-temperature resistance. Peel adhesion values are outstanding on most surfaces and will generally increase as a function of time and temperature. Automotive approved.
Liner: RL71 is a wax-coated 71gsm metalised glassine release liner.
